Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken
  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups of Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz. of Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 a bottle of Ranch
  • 1/2 a bottle of Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • Buns of your choice
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  1. Place all three chicken breast and chicken broth in your crockpot.

  2. Cook on high for 1.5 hours.

  3. Remove one cup of chicken broth, and shred chicken with a hand mixer.

  4. Once the chicken is shredded, add cream cheese, ranch, and wing sauce.

  5. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. 

  6. Mix well and spoon on to buns.

  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and place the sandwich in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt cheese.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
