Welcome to November! We have officially entered into the busiest months of the year. I glanced at our schedule for the week last evening and was shocked to realize that there are only two evenings out of seven that we don’t have somewhere to be. It’s weeks like this that I find myself super thankful for meal planning!
As always, I’m coming to you today with your Quick, Easy, and Kid-Approved meal plan for this week. You’ll find quite a few crock pot and even an Instant Pot dinner recipe that you can add to your recipe box for those busy nights!
Warm Honey Ham Biscuits – these are super quick, and easy! Perfect for a busy morning!
Cucumber Sushi Lunch Box Idea – Don’t worry- it isn’t real sushi, but kids love pretending that it is!
Hot Jalapeno & Chile Popper Dip – we routinely have “dip nights” or “dip lunches” as a fun meal. This is one that your spicy fans will enjoy!
Monday – Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast – MELT IN YOUR MOUTH roast is what I like to call this one. It’s so good and so flavorful. I like to serve it with mashed potatoes or rice.
Tuesday – Best Baked Spaghetti – I LOVE this baked spaghetti recipe because it uses both Alfredo sauce and red meat sauce! You’ll never go back to the boring baked spaghetti again.
Wednesday – Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Chicken – YUM! This is so delicious and the Instant Pot makes it so easy!
Thursday – Crockpot Chicken Parmesan – did you know that you can make Chicken Parmesan in the crock pot?! Now you do!
Friday – Oh So Good Crispy Chicken – think about the ease of Shake ‘n Bake, but much better for you and much tastier!
Saturday – Crock Pot Meatball Subs – warm, easy, filling, and delicious!
Sunday – Maple Meatloaf – this is NOT your typical meatloaf…it’s much better!
