    I tried to get back to the download page but it comes up with no longer available, even though it said I had until the 13th November to down load my freebies.

    1. When you signed up- there was no email sent to you. As stated on the form, you were automatically redirected to a secure page where you can download the files. However, this morning, I emailed everyone who signed up and reminded them to download their files by tomorrow and I included the link to the download library.   7. I too ordered the freebies, but thought I had the 13th to download, and the sight is already closed up even though it is still the 13th. Can we get another try?

I sent you an email on Tuesday with a link to the download library which stated that all files must be downloaded by the 13th at 11:59pm EST.
