I can’t believe it but it is almost Christmas time. We are full swing into our homeschooling and trying to prepare for next semester. When you have little ones at home it can be difficult to do all the fun Holiday traditions your family might have as well as all the holiday events and extra curricular activities. I think that taking a break from your normal day to day can be helpful but sometimes the little ones still want to do school.
This year I have created a number book for your little ones to continue practicing numbers 1-10. You can do a page a day or all at once. You can use it to fill in time between holiday events or as a stand alone project.
After you print the book, you can staple it or wait until after your child has completed it as I did. If your child is like mine, a book is overwhelming but one or two sheets is not. On each page the child can color the number word and the numeral.
Each page also has a place to trace the numbers. Each number has a green dot for where the child starts and a red dot for where they stop. The child then finds and circles the numbers in a group of numbers.
At the end there is a present to decorate with the correct number of stickers. This was my daughter’s favorite part. She loves stickers so I thought it would be a fun way to practice one-to-one correspondence for a little one.
Have fun and let your little one practice those numbers during this crazy season!! Click on the link below to download your own book!
