We’re starting another busy fall week! Please allow me to take some of the stress off by sharing with you my Quick, Easy, and Kid-Approved Meal Plan for the week! As always, it includes a breakfast suggestion, lunch suggestion, appetizer suggestion {this one is perfect if you have a fall party coming up!}, and then a dinner recipe for each evening, along with two side dish suggestions and a yummy dessert!

Do you want these meal plans delivered straight to your inbox? If so, enter your name and email address into the form below and I’ll send them to you each Monday!

Let’s get to this week’s meal plan!!

Breakfast Suggestion

French Toast – French Toast is always a winner- plus it is easy to make a big batch at the beginning of the week and eat on it all week long!

Lunch Suggestions

English Muffin Pizza Lunchbox Idea Again, these lunchbox ideas are a homeschool mom’s sanity saver on those busy homeschooling days! Plus- kids think they are so fun!

Appetizer Suggestion

Frito Corn Salad  AKA- Heather’s favorite appetizer ever!

Main Dish

Monday – Chili Tater Tot Casserole.   It doesn’t get easier than this…and your kids will love it! Sometimes I even slice up some hotdogs and add to it. Yeah, not the most healthy thing in the world, but it’s tasty every now and then.

Tuesday – Orange Ginger Cornish Hens. This one is one that can be used as a “fancy” dinner option when having guests over, but it’s also quick and easy enough to do on a weeknight!

Wednesday – Slow Cooker Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken – This easily tops the list of one of our family’s favorite recipes. I like to double the recipe and use the leftovers to make Buffalo Chicken Nachos for lunch!

Thursday – Crock Pot Taco Pasta This slow cooker meal combines everything you love about pasta with everything you love about tacos! Double score!

Friday – Beef Casserole. My husband’s grandmother is English and this is a recipe we learned about from her. We like to serve it over white rice.

Saturday – Crockpot French Onion Chicken  If you love French Onion Soup on a chilly fall evening, you’ll love this filling dinner recipe even more!

Sunday – Taco Pie –This is a fun family meal that everyone is sure to enjoy!

Side Suggestions

Herbed cheese tomato flatbread

Popa’s Mashed Potatoes

Dessert Suggestion
