It’s always a HUGE help to know what’s for dinner, that your kids and husband will love it, and it’s easy to prepare. There’s nothing worst than taking too long in the kitchen trying to assemble a complicated meal! Instead, I want a simple and fun way to prepare. I love anxiously awaiting to see the kids faces when they bite into a delicious meal after a busy day!
So, let’s get to the weekly menu plan for this week. It’s packed full of low carb meals, comfort foods, toss and forget recipes, and of course Instant Pot and Crock Pot favorites.
Quick, Easy, Kid-Approved: Weekly Meal Plan: Week of 06/17/19
Monday – Sichuan Style Ribs are wonderful for grilling but if you’re in a hurry, read how you can make them in an Instant Pot!
Tuesday – S.O.S. Creamy Hamburger Gravy this super simple recipe is wonderful as a low prep meal and very few ingredients!
Wednesday – Broccoli Casserole this can’t get any easier with scrumptious cheese and broccoli — yum!
Thursday – The Best Instant Pot Meatloaf and Garlic Parmesan Potatoes one of my favorite comfort foods, this will hit the spot after a long day!
Friday – Freezer Cooking Recipe: Chicken Cordon Bleu this healthy version makes a great freezer meal but can be assembled easily in just a few minutes!
Saturday – Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken yum, who doesn’t love a good teriyaki chicken recipe that’s easy to prepare!
Sunday – Slow Cooker Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken this meal will give you a little kick but mild enough for the kids to eat! Just dump and go!
Ginger Garlic Green Beans I’m always looking for ways to make green beans taste more flavorful and this one is delicious!
Pepperoni Pizza Pasta salad our family loves pepperoni so I know this one will get eaten up in no time!
Easy No-Bake Strawberry Whipped Pie that’s right — the first two words in this title is all I need to convince me with a delicious crust and melt in your mouth taste!
