It’s amazing how time has flown by so fast this year — here we are starting up another month already! We have to juggle so many responsibilities with our roles as a mom, wife, friend, and daughter. This usually means that delegation is our only option. So, let me handle the weekly menu for you. Do you have your grocery list done yet? If not, all you need to do run through this week’s dishes and write out your list for the grocery store.
Weekly Meal Plan: Main Dishes
Monday – Alfredo Chicken Pot Pie it’s your classical chicken pot pie, but kicked up a notch with cream and parmesan from the alfredo sauce. YUM!
Tuesday – The Best Vegetable Enchiladas this vegetarian recipe is super easy, flavorful, and family approved!
Wednesday – Instant Pot Beef Stew is hearty, packed full of healthy meat and veges, plus, fills you up quickly!
Thursday – Asian BBQ Pork Loin you’ll love the tangy bbq sauce, plus there are tips on how to not overcook pork!
Friday – Lemon Salmon Kabobs full of protein, vitamin D, and those healthy fats, I’ve got you covered in the health department!
Saturday – Easy Instant Pot Goulash this is a super easy, all in one meal that full of flavor and healthy spices.
Sunday – Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Pasta is a recipe that’s quick, yummy, and with a little kick, you can’t go wrong!
Honey Lime Fruit Salad the beautiful colors alone are good enough, but you’ll get a ton of nutrients packed in this fruit bowl.
Cheesy Italian Potatoes and Gnocchi this recipe looks difficult, but with only 5 ingredients, it’s an easy side dish that’s delish!
Pina-Pineapple Hawaiian Delight Pie is a wonderful tropical pie that’s creamy, fruity, and super good!
