As we make our way into the middle of Spring, our busy schedules can get even more hectic as homeschool moms. It’s a typical time to start preparing for the end of the year activities. It’s also a time to prepare for our weekly meal planning — and I’ve got it ready for you! Here’s my quick, easy, kid-approved weekly meal plan to get you focus on the important tasks.

 

Here is this week’s menu plan that has a wonderful variety of flavorful, easy, and quick meals to prepare. Don’t miss out on this special gift, it will make life for busy moms so much easier!

Weekly Main Dishes

Monday – Spicy Peanut Noodles is perfect if you like Thai and want an easy dinner to prep. Yum!!

Tuesday – Instant Pot Mexican Chicken and Black Bean Taquitos says it’s Mexican tonight with this super simple, hearty and filling recipe.

Wednesday – Skillet Chops with French Onion Gravy will turn boring, dry pork chops into a delicious masterpiece with just one tip!

Thursday – Easy Coconut Shrimp will give you a fantastic recipe full of flavor, but it’s also super fast and easy.

Friday – Family Favorite Meatloaf has only 4 ingredients — how much easier can it get?!!!

Saturday – Balsamic Chicken if you need a recipe for chicken thighs, this is it! With just a few ingredients and only 30 minutes, you can get this on the table in no time.

Sunday – Honky-Tonk Tequila Lime Steak this recipe has a delicious marinade, and you’ll love the juicy flavor!

Now that we have our dinner menu done, let’s get some creative and yummy ideas for breakfast, lunch, and sides. Plus, don’t miss out on a healthy, low calorie dessert below!

Breakfast​ ​Suggestion
