Quick, Easy, Kid-Approved: Weekly Meal Plan {Week of 3/11/19}

Do you have a busy schedule this week, homeschool mom? Are you wondering how you are going to do it all? Don’t worry, my friend. I have the solution — my weekly meal plan! You’ll be amazing what a HUGE impact it makes when dinner is planned and you know it’s delicious!

It’s such a relief not having to guess what you’re going to buy at the grocery store. All you have to do is skim through the recipes and create a list of ingredients to purchase. That’s it. You are NOW prepared to make a trip to the grocery store and not dread it!

And, you’re going to love the line up this week — recipes for crock pot buffalo ranch chicken, glazed ribs, lasagna soup, slow cooker peach crisp and more! Here they are and all ready for you.


Main​ ​Dish

Monday – Ch-Easy Potato Broccoli Soup Recipe

Tuesday – Bacon & Eggs Tater Tot Casserole here’s another cheesy, crispy, and bacony beauty!

Wednesday – Slow Cooker Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken this is truly a dump and forget it meal, plus it’s super easy!

Thursday – Easy Honey Baked Salmon when you have easy and healthy together, it’s the perfect match! Oh, and the scrumptious sauce is out of this world!

Friday – Instant Pot Guava Glazed Ribs using the Instant Pot for ribs makes it tender and juicy!

Saturday – 21-Day Fix Chipotle Burrito Bowl this copycat Chipotle Burrito Bowl recipe is absolutely healthy and 100% clean!

Sunday – Lasagna Soup if you love the taste of lasagna but not the time consuming prep time, this recipe is for you!

Here are my recommendations for sides, dessert, breakfast, and lunches as they are truly a hit in my house.

Side​ ​Suggestions

Sweet Southern Cornbread this recipe goes perfect with chili or all by itself. Plus, some butter and honey makes it extra tasty.
