Quick, Easy, Kid-Approved: Weekly Meal Plan {Week of 2/25/19}

I don’t know about you, but it’s a bit harder rolling out of bed on a Monday. Thinking of the busy day ahead of me, the warmth of the blankets keep me a little too long. However, it’s so much easier to get up knowing your meals are already planned for you! So, here it is my friend — a quick, easy, and kid-approved weekly meal plan for 2/25!

This menu plan is guaranteed to help you successfully get dinner on the table! It’s not the same old menu, it’s something different and you can now look forward to ‘what’s for dinner’! You’ll also find easy Instant Pot and Crock Pot recipes as well!

Remember, all you have to do is check out the ingredients with each link and make a list of what you need. Go to your favorite grocery store while the kids are at their activities and viola, done! You’re now covered for 7 days of dinner menu planning.

And, as usual, I’ve made suggestions below for easy breakfast, appetizers, lunch, and sides. They are all delicious and kid approved!


Here’s are your scrumptious meals for this week — enjoy!

Main​ ​Dish

Monday – Instant Pot Ground Beef Pasta Fagioli Soup is sure to please everyone with juicy browned beef, pasta and healthy vegetables!

Tuesday – Instant Pot Honey “Soy” Pork Tenderloin with only 6 ingredients (besides the pork), just dump it in and go! Check out the homemade recipe for soy!

Wednesday – Tangy Chickpea Salad this salad is full of wholesome ingredients and will give your family a boost of vitamins!

Thursday – Broccoli Casserole with only cheese, broccoli, butter, and crackers, you can make this meal in a matter of minutes!

Friday – Taco Tater Tot Casserole this one had me at tacos! Taco meat is so versatile and always hits the spot — add a few taters and it’s a meal!

Saturday – Crockpot Chicken and Gravy your family will love these comfort foods with creamy goodness!

Sunday – Easy Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas you’ll love this slow cooker, a quick yummy meal with a gluten free option.

Side​ ​Suggestions

Instant Pot White Cheddar Mac and Cheese no noodle boiling required — easy peasy!

Creamsicle Fluff this is the perfect treat to make for company or with the kids, super easy to make!


Dessert​ ​Suggestion

Cat In The Hat Cupcakes these are super cute and the kids will LOVE making them as much as eating them!

Breakfast​ ​Suggestion

Cheesy Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole this is an excellent option for a Saturday or Sunday morning feast!

Healthy Chicken Salad Lunchbox this is certainly going to be a hit with your kids, and, it’s wholesome too!


Appetizer​ ​Suggestion

Cheesy Bacon Puffs cheese ….bacon….need I say more?!!!
