Quick, Easy, Kid-Approved: Weekly Meal Plan {Week of 2/11/19}

Hello my friend, how is your day going so far? Well, if it doesn’t seem like a good day yet, just wait to hear the good news. Are you ready? The next meal plan is ready to go and will make your week run smoothly and on schedule! Here is your quick, easy, and kid-approved weekly meal plan for 2/11!

When you have a menu plan in place for the week, it’s half the battle! I’m sure you’re tired of the same old menu, week after week. This time, it’s all done for you. Just check out the ingredients with each link and make a list of what you need. Then, run to the grocery store and that’s it! You’re covered for the ENTIRE week of dinner menu planning.

Here is the weekly meal plan this time — you’ll get some easy crock pot and instant pot favorites! Plus, a couple of quick casseroles and oven-baked dishes.

And, don’t forget to check my suggestions below for easy breakfast, appetizers, lunch, and sides. They are all delicious and kid approved!

Main​ ​Dishes

Monday – Shepherd’s Pie this recipe had me at creamy, cheesy mashed potatoes!

Tuesday – Instant Pot Picadillo this favorite instant pot meal has options for carb-conscious diets!

Wednesday – Crock Pot Salsa Ranch Chicken Pasta is a recipe you’ll be so glad to see as it’s super easy to make and very few ingredients!

Thursday – Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas  is sure to please the cook with it’s easy prep and only 7 ingredients!

Friday – Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken this one pot wonder is super easy to clean up with only one small bowl and plan filled with a great tangy flavor.

Saturday – Instant Pot Beef Enchilada Casserole with few ingredients required and quick cooking time, this wholesome dinner is a winner!

Sunday – Cheesy Pierogi Casserole this simple, ready-made food with a few extras will have dinner on the table in no time!

Secret Ingredient Fruit Salad oh my goodness, be shocked and delighted when you see how easy this one is!

Pina-Pineapple Hawaiian Delight Pie you’ll love my favorite easy, creamy, fruity Pineapple Pie! It’s SO delicious!
