As homeschool moms, it’s a busy season of life for us. We are getting up early to prepare for school, instructing the kids with lessons, and then running the kids around to their various activities. It’s no wonder we are exhausted and unprepared for dinner time when it rolls around!
However, there is a solution to being prepared for meals — it just takes a little planning and I’ve been doing that just for you! And, your family (including your kids!) will appreciate the variety of meals.
If you are not taking advantage of my weekly meal plans, it’s really not too late!
Get started now, all you have to do is skim through the meal ingredients and write down any items you don’t have on hand. Then, pick a day of the week for one trip to the grocery store. Sundays are the best days for me to get ready for the week.
Here is your weekly meal plan, it’s filled with easy and yummy recipes your kids will love!
Monday – Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Lasagna the title of this recipe may appear difficult, but it’s quite the opposite! You’ll be pleased to see this one is a quickie and your family, especially the hubby, will love it!
Tuesday – Easy Shepherd’s Pie Recipe with this comfort food, you’ll be sure to please everyone at the table! And, you may also get educated at the same time — you’ll see what I mean when you read it!
Wednesday – Instant Pot Beef Lasagna Soup -this lasagna soup is perfect for freezer meals!
Thursday – Fully Loaded Burger Bowls this is an awesome recipe you can use without a bun but still gives you the mouth-watering flavor of a burger without all the carbs!
Friday – Air Fryer Apple, Cranberries and Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash is a perfect addition for quick weeknight meal, plus it’s gluten free.
Saturday – Cheesy Salsa Chicken and Rice is the perfect recipe since you just dump it all in a casserole dish, cover it with foil and bake. Viola, that’s it!
Sunday – Chili Tater Tot Casserole yes, I’m spoiling you a bit with another delicious recipe you can just dump and you’re done!
