A Planner for Distractible Kids

Training children to have better executive functioning skills can be tricky. Helping them remember their value while constantly redirecting and correcting them (no matter how gently) requires a lot of intentional guidance and reminders. This is how our family developed The Valiant Code – Scripture-based reminders of who our children were created to be.

As our distractible children get older, it is more and more important to help them develop their own method of keeping track of their assignments, chores, and skill mastery. Fostering the independence and skills they will need to be successful young adults in spite of their creative minds that like to wander.

Help your distractible child get on the right track with The Valiant Boy’s Planner.

The Valiant Boy’s Planner

The Valiant Boy’s Planner is a printable PDF planner designed for elementary boys to use to help keep them on track. We have included The Valiant Code to help reinforce their value as wonderful, unique, children of God. This planner is perfect for 2nd graders (with guidance) through independent 8th graders.

Everyday Graces also has  The Valiant Girl’s Planner for the young ladies who desire to be organized and efficient.

The months are undated so the planner can be used for multiple years. There are scripture cards included for the Valiant Code. The weekly and daily sheets are meant to help your student take ownership of their time and choices and to keep track of what they need to accomplish.

This printable planner is especially helpful for children who are easily distractible or who need to know their schedule and potential changes to routine in advance.

The planner includes:
The Valiant Code
Scripture cards
12 labeled month pages with one of each of the 12 Codes
Weekly page
Daily page
Daily tasks
Daily schedule page
Summer Bucket List
Winter Bucket List
Reading log
