Let’s just say that this Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken is ah-mazing. It’s one of those “dump it and forget it” type meals that will truly knock your socks off.

I’ve made this on so many different occasions. It’s perfect for get-togethers, tailgates, birthday parties and just a typically Monday-Friday night dinner. The best part? It’s crazy simple and even more crazy delicious.

Anything that combines shredded chicken with a little bit of a kick is always a win in my book. Pair this up with a homemade bun and you’ve got yourself a sandwich that simply can’t be beaten.

And if you like to add toppings, spicy cheese, and shredded onions are always, ALWAYS, a good idea!

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CROCKPOT CREAMY BUFFALO RANCH SHREDDED CHICKEN

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups of Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz. of Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 a bottle of Ranch
  • 1/2 a bottle of Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce- I use the 12 oz bottle
  • Buns of your choice
  • Shredded Mozzarella

How to make Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken

Place all three chicken breast and chicken broth in your crockpot.

Cook on high for 1.5 hours.

Remove one cup of chicken broth, and shred chicken with a hand mixer.

Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken

Once the chicken is shredded, add cream cheese, ranch, and wing sauce.

Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken

Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Mix well and spoon on to buns.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and place the sandwich in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
