The closer that we get to the holidays, the busier our weeks become! I’m so thankful that since I’ve been faithfully creating dinner meal plans, I’m no longer stressed out when 5:00pm rolls around because I know exactly what we’re having for dinner! That’s a HUGE win! Truthfully, this week we won’t be using this meal plan because we are on vacation! Yes, I’m letting Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Walt Disney World plan our menus this week….BUT- I couldn’t leave you guys hanging. So, I went ahead and put together this week’s meal plan for you! Enjoy!!

Quick, Easy, and Kid-Approved Weekly Meal Plan- Week of 11_5

This week’s dinner menu:

MondayItalian Chicken Thighs – This is one of my absolute favorite chicken recipes. You can make it on the stovetop or the slow cooker. I actually prefer them on the stovetop if I have the time.

Tuesday – Slow Cooker Apple Barbecue Pork Loin – This will be an instant fall favorite. We like to pair it with macaroni and cheese! YUM!

Wednesday – Easiest Lasagna Who doesn’t love lasagna?! This recipe is so easy!

Thursday – Crock Pot Potato Soup If it is a chilly, fall evening at your home, this crock pot potato soup is sure to bring a smile to faces!

Friday – Instant Pot Goulash One pot wonder!

Saturday – Mickey Mouse Chicken Noodle Soup Bring a little Disney to your house dinner tonight! Your little ones will LOVE it!

Sunday – The Best Instant Pot Meatloaf and Little Potatoes I told y’all that I like meatloaf on Sundays…this one is great because it is fixed in the Instant Pot with the potatoes!

If you’re looking for an alternative to any of these- you HAVE to try out my Slow Cooker Creamy Buffalo Ranch Shredded Chicken– it makes the BEST sandwiches, but I LOVE it on nachos as well!
