It’s Thanksgiving week!! That means we are officially entering into the craziness of the holiday season. If you know me at all, you know I LOVE the holidays. I love each and every thing about them. Even the craziness and the busyness. One thing that will significantly help with staying organized and able to savor the holiday season is meal planning.

Monday – Crockpot Tex Mex Shredded Pork Bowls Move over, Chipotle, this recipe is sure to become an instant family favorite!
Tuesday – Oh So Good Crispy Chicken I LOVE to make chicken like this. I also like to use this recipe to make homemade chicken parmesan. Simply top it with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese and serve it over spaghetti noodles! YUM!
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Who doesn’t love salisbury steak? It’s even better when you can toss it into the slow cooker and forget about it!
