The Instant Pot is my latest sanity saver. I cannot even begin to tell you how much time it saves me in the kitchen. Not only that, but I can’t get over how much better recipes taste in the Instant Pot. I was very hesitant in the beginning. Not only was I worried about the safety of using an Instant Pot, but I was really worried that the food would come out dry and tough. Let me just tell you that both of those fears were completely unwarranted. The Instant Pot is one of the easiest kitchen tools to learn.

In the meantime, here are 31 Days of Delicious Instant Pot Dinners. If these yummy recipes {most done in 30 minutes or so}, don’t make you want an Instant Pot, I’m not sure what will!

  9. I am a 49 year old wife and mother of 4. My oldest son and his wife had to move in with us making seven living in my house. I have twins in college and I homeschool my nine year old daughter. When I’m planning my meals, I plan meals that will feed twelve. The extra four are for lunches the next day. I’ve just recently purchased an Instant pot. My family loves the food comes out of it but it just isn’t enough. I can’t afford another one and that’s really what I need. It is very difficult to balance healthy meals for my working family and my commuting college boys without dinner being late or homeschool end early. These recipes will be put to use for sure even if I have to double or triple them. Another one of these amazing cookers would be such a blessing for this worn out mama.

  11. I was 25 when I became a mom, and now I have four kiddos! 🙂
