Thankfulness Study: Exploring Past and Present

November is a great time to teach children about gratitude. We can look at the things people had in the past and compare them to what we now have in the present.

For example, in the past people used horses for transportation and now we have vehicles. Discussing these differences between past and present lets children see the need to be thankful for the inventions and technology we have today.

Through this free study pack, students are encouraged to explore the differences in what we have now compared to people of the past. Students will note the differences as well as write why they are thankful for what we have today.
