The Plan and Groceries I MamaGoesFrugal
Hi Everyone!

I hope this FREE Meal Planning Printable helps make your meal planning and grocery-list-making much easier!

In the file, you will find the following:

  • Weekly Meal Planning Blank Sheet.
  • Weekly Grocery Shopping Blank Sheet.

Both of these will print out on one page. Just cut down the middle so that you can keep your Meal Plan on your fridge and take your Grocery List with you to the store! Super convenient and easy!

What you will need:

  • Paper
  • Printer
  • Cardstock (optional)
  • Laminator + Laminating Sheets (Optional)
  • Dry Erase Markers

I would suggest printing these out on cardstock, cutting it down the middle, and laminating the Meal Plan sheet so you can reuse it. When laminated you can use dry erase markers to create your weekly meal plan.
