    1. Hello my name is Laura and I’m am new to Pinterest and still learning about it and how it works. I wanted to ask if this workout is free for all people? I stay at home with my son who is 4 and have a older son who is 11 and yes it can be challenging to workout. I saw you have printable copies but was unsure if it was for everyone or a special group. I have used it a few times and think it is wonderful. Thank you for putting the time and energy into this for other people and I hope you and your daughter are progressing. If you comment back I am unsure how to find it lol but I’m sure an alert or something will pop up.

  5. Wow this kicked my ass. I tried doing this without any breaks in between the exercises and it really did rev up my heart rate and I sweat with this workout as well. Quick and efficient ?? I love it

  6. Thanks! Just came across your blog while searching on Pinterest. I’m a homeschooling mama, too!. 5 kids. I just hit 35 and I’m not feeling in the greatest shape. My eating habits aren’t helping either. Trying to turn this around.
