Have you ever seen a Matryoshka doll? Also known as Russian nesting dolls or babushka dolls, these wooden dolls are so unique. Typically made up of 5-7 dolls, the wooden dolls nest inside each other. All but the smallest doll have a top and a bottom so you can open it up to reveal another doll. Matryoshka dolls are typically painted to look like happy women in traditional Russian clothes. However, today, matryoshka dolls can vary in theme from fairy tale characters to pop culture icons. I love matryoshka dolls and have a couple in my home. So, when I saw this wonderful clipart from Revi Devi, I knew I had to create a learning pack with it!
