True story, two weeks ago I made a meticulous meal plan and took stock of everything that was in my cupboards. My husband went to Aldis and spent $77. The following week I went shopping without a plan and spent $200. I wish I was joking.
The moral of the story: I should take fifteen minutes to write a list and plan meals, send my husband to the store, and save $492 a month in groceries.
Here’s a meal plan full of family favorites, with something a little extra special for the 14th. (Prime rib anyone?). If you enjoy this meal plan be sure to share it on Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter. Heavens knows we could all use help with our grocery bill.
