What are others saying about My Christmas Wish?

“With this journal, your children can set aside their lists of things they want for Christmas and instead spend some time drawing closer to their Savior!”
~Erin K. http://wateronthefloor.wordpress.com

“I love that I’m going to be able to hand this wonderful resource to my 3rd and 5th graders for their morning devotion time during advent. It is a wonderful advent devotional for kids and I look forward to using it in addition to our family advent study.”~Misty L. http://www.simplyhelpinghim.com

“From baking cookies for neighbors to performing random acts of kindness to donating gently used items to the needy, this book helps kids take the focus off of themselves this holiday season. Dive into scripture to discover the true meaning of Christmas and what God desires our heart’s focus to be.”
~Tara M. http://itsmysweetlife.blogspot.com

“My Christmas Wish is a great way to prepare your preschool through early elementary kids for Christmas. Cute graphics, journaling prompts with primary writing lines, and engaging activities are sure to keep your child’s attention and get them excited about the real meaning of Christmas. “
~Amanda Pelser – ThePelsers.com and KidsintheWord.net

“For us this study is a wonderful way to put our focus this Christmas Season on Christ. The activities and lessons included are priceless as they also help draw families together. With this study children can learn more about our savior and be drawn to him instead of the world and to family.”
~Laura P. www.raisingsoldiers4christ.com

“This journal is a beautiful mix of reading Scripture, hands-on activities, prayer and serving others while teaching children the TRUE meaning of Christmas. The outside activities are so well thought out and flow seamlessly with the daily lessons. This study points our children to the one true meaning of Christmas – Jesus Christ. This journal may be geared for elementary children, but would also be an asset to the entire family as they draw nearer to Christ during this Advent season.”
~Annette B. www.inallyoudo.net

“This 15-day prayer journal is perfect for preparing the hearts of your children for Christmas. I really enjoyed the verses chosen for each topic, the prayer prompts, and the suggestions given for putting the verses into practice. The activities are simple and easy to execute for young children, yet they are also effective in demonstrating God’s word in action. The journal pages are beautifully designed with fun graphics and Christmas colors. My girls can’t wait to start their journals on Dec. 1!”

  1. Could you please email me sample pages of My Christmas Wish and the Thanksgiving book as well? Thanks!

    • Heather Bowen says:

Hi, Caroline! Sample pages of all the books can be viewed by going to my Store page {http://www.upsidedownhomeschooling.com/store} and then clicking on the cover image of each book will bring up a pop-up screen where you can view two additional pages. 🙂

  2. Hi!
I tried many times, to no avail, to add this to a cart and buy it. Would it have anything to do with us living overseas? Trying to come up with some meaningful activities to help my kids take the focus off of their desire to be back in the states this holiday. Any help you could give would be great.

    Thanks!

    Marilyn
